PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The 48,000 square foot Best Western Plus in North Odessa was built to provide a comfortable and affordable hotel option right off of TX-191. IA designed the MEP system to be efficient and cost-effective. The mechanical system consisted of a split-dx system for the common areas and packaged terminal air conditioners for individual rooms and suites. A 2000A 208Y/120 VAC service was provided to the building to supply mechanical equipment, receptacles, kitchen equipment, lighting, etc. The plumbing system was designed utilizing low-flow fixtures. |
