Rahim Tazeh, PE, LEED AP
Vice President / Managing Principal

Rahim has over 40 years of progressive professional experience in the fields of project management, engineering, and design of MEP systems. As managing principal of Infrastructure Associates, Rahim oversees firm operation and maintains client relationships; while also serving as a mentor to members of the design and engineering team. He has managed and brought value to a multitude of projects with expertise in: existing system analysis, planning, troubleshooting, controls system design, retrofit systems, and design and engineering of new facilities. Rahim has experience in almost every industry of MEP engineering, and is often called upon as a technical resource by clients and owners during project planning and budget development.

Anwar Hassan, PE, LEED AP, CBCP
Vice President / Principal

​Anwar has over 40 years of diversified experience in planning, analysis, layout, design, on-site supervision, quality control, coordination, and project management, covering all types of buildings and facilities, including Healthcare Facilities, Chemical laboratories, QA /QC laboratories, Environmental laboratories, Animal laboratories, Bio-safety laboratories, University laboratories and Vivarium facilities. His design experience covers all mechanical building services including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and security systems, evaluation of design alternatives for each type of facilities. He has a broad knowledge of total facility design requirements including standards, codes and ordinances, site and facility planning, building thermal system, acoustic privacy and noise control, fire protection and smoke control systems, and HVAC systems.

Brad White, PE
Principal

Brad has over 25 years of transportation design and project management experience. This includes planning, schematic development, analysis studies, plans, specifications, hydraulic design, cost estimates, roadway and bridge design. He has completed several projects ranging from small rural off-system bridge replacements to major freeway reconstruction projects for TxDOT, METRO, HCTRA, and Harris County.

Matthew Flukinger, PE, QCxP
Principal

Matt has over 35 years of progressive experience in the design of commercial as well as energy conservation systems for various types of facilities.  He has also had an active role in project management, client relations including negotiations; design review and project close out.  His technical experience includes HVAC design with emphasis on chilled waters and steam production facilities.  He is qualified in the design applications of hydronic and steam piping, pumps, boilers, chillers, steam and gas turbine, heat exchanger and control system design and is a certified Commissioning Agent.
