PROJECT BACKGROUND
Located in Brenham Texas, the student housing consists of two (2) independent 4 story building with 485 total beds. Blinn College’s newest residence hall blends all the comforts of home with advanced classroom technology to ensure that students enjoy a comfortable, collaborative educational experience. Facility consist of four-bedroom units, two-bathroom suites, and one-bathroom suites. This student housing complex has study rooms, teaching rooms, lobby/office space, laundry room, common areas, and Resident Director and Resident Advisor (RA) rooms. It features 3D printer rooms and technology classrooms to encourage collaborative learning.
