PROJECT BACKGROUND
Infrastructure Associates, Inc. is providing MEP design services for this City of Houston Public Library renovation. The scope of work includes HVAC, plumbing design, electrical power distribution design, interior and exterior design for the new facility per project disciplines.  Infrastructure Associates, Inc. is also providing designs for the fire alarm system and provisions for low voltage systems including telephone, communication, and security in accordance with owner requirements.   Developing MEP construction documents suitable for bid and permitting purposes.
