PROJECT BACKGROUND
Infrastructure Associates, Inc. is providing MEP design services for this new City of Houston Public Library. The scope of work includes HVAC, plumbing design, electrical power distribution design, interior and exterior design for the new facility per project disciplines.  Infrastructure Associates, Inc. is also providing designs for the fire alarm system and provisions for low voltage systems including telephone, communication, and security in accordance with owner requirements.   Developing MEP construction documents suitable for bid and permitting purposes.  The project includes a library of 30,000 to 35,000 square feet and a parking lot of approximately 150 spaces.
