PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Infrastructure Associates provided civil, structural and MEP engineering services for this 15 acre garden reconstruction. This project includes a 30-foot high observation mound, new public buildings, new maintenance facilities, new parking facilities, site drainage, subsurface storm water detention, multiple water features, sanitary sewer lines, water lines and an irrigation booster pump system. The water features include concrete waterfalls on the observation mound and structural reflection pools.  The structural design includes a foundation analysis of an existing Chinese Pagoda and design of a new foundation for its relocation within the property.
