PROJECT BACKGROUND
This new 147 room, 8 story Courtyard Marriot and parking garage is set to open in early 2019. Located off I-10 in the heights, the new hotel boasts large guest suites, conference rooms, a commercial kitchen, and 4-story parking garage. Infrastructure Associates provided MEP, IT, and construction administrative services as a sub-consultant to D.R. Associates.
