PROJECT BACKGROUND
Infrastructure Associates provided MEP engineering design services for this 80,000-SF renovation project. The scope of work included HVAC, plumbing, electrical power distribution design for the renovated area of facility per project requirements. Infrastructure Associates reworked the existing electrical distribution system to comply with new requirements; provided lighting design per project requirements; and, re-used existing light fixtures as directed by the architect. In addition, Infrastructure Associates provided designs for the fire alarm system and low voltage systems, including telephone, communication and security in accordance with owner requirements. Infrastructure Associates also performed site visits and reviewed existing facility MEP documents in order to become familiar with existing conditions. |
