PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project included the replacement of the existing Frost Elementary School as part of the Re-Build 2007 HISD Bond Program. IA provided MEP and structural engineering services for this new school. Electrical design included power distribution, interior and exterior lighting, fire alarm and provision for low voltage systems including telephone communication, intercommunication (PA) and security systems.  Mechanical design included a chiller plant design, HVAC system design for the interior and all system component sizing and layout. Plumbing design included all drainage systems, water distribution, gas distribution, and developing plumbing drawings for all utilization points. Structural services included construction observation services.
