PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The scope of services for this project included the design of the MEP system for a new 141,869 SF, K-8 educational facility.  IA provided MEP engineering services which included: programming, design, and construction administration. The MEP system consisted of a new central plant with  water cooled chillers, air distribution system, indoor/outdoor AHU’s including energy recovery systems, general electrical distribution system, communication system design, security systems, and plumbing system design. The project designed to achieve LEED® Certified certification.
