PROJECT BACKGROUND
This new, 2-story elementary school is 90,000 SF and will accommodate 800 students.
IA provided MEP engineering services for this project.

MECHANICAL DESIGN
Mechanical design includes a chiller plant design, HVAC system design for the interior and all system component sizing and layout.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN
Electrical design includes power distribution, interior and exterior lighting, fire alarm and provision for low voltage systems including telephone communication, intercommunication (PA) and security systems.

PLUMBING DESIGN
Plumbing design includes all drainage systems, water distribution, gas distribution, and developing plumbing drawings for all utilization points. ​
