PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Infrastructure Associates, Inc. provided MEP design services for this new 142 room Holiday Inn Hotel in NE Houston. The scope of work includes HVAC, plumbing design, electrical power distribution design, interior and exterior design for the new facility per project disciplines.  Infrastructure Associates, Inc. also provided design for the fire alarm system and provisions for low voltage systems including telephone, communication, and security in accordance with owner requirements.
