PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Hilton Home2 Suites near the sprawling fountains shopping center in Stafford, Texas is a 4-story 91 room hotel equipped with electric car charging stations outside and all LED lighting inside. The efficient building utilizes low-flow plumbing fixtures, and PTAC units for individual room temperature controls. Infrastructure Associates provided MEP design for the new hotel as a sub-consultant to D.R. Associates.
