Folks in the City of Houston know that during summertime golf is a hard sport to enjoy, so the Owner’s of Loft Eighteen decided to bring the Top Golf concept indoors with simulators and most importantly Air-Conditioning! Infrastructure Associates provided design for the important air-conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems for this entertainment retail space. Due to the pitched roof, IA coordinated with the architect to provide units on a mezzanine and accurately 3D-modeled spiral HVAC ductwork so that aesthetic requirements could be visualized before construction. Design also included kitchen and bar area MEP design, coordination with interior design team for lighting, and lighting controls design to provide various scenes in the space. IA also provided construction administration services as a part of the project scope.
