PROJECT BACKGROUND

​Stephen F. Austin University required the construction and design of a 400-bed residence hall, 120,000 SF for freshman students. The project also included the design of a new 1000 car parking garage to accommodate the new students moving onto the University campus. The building featured contemporary living spaces, learning spaces, recreational areas, study rooms, and the garage featured a satellite police station.
