PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project includes new 36,000 SF research and development facility. IA provided MEP engineering services including design, specifications, construction documents and construction phase services. The MEP design included the addition of 36 new fume hoods of various sizes from 4 feet to 12 feet, new chillers, air-handling, boilers and pumps, etc.  Plumbing service for the facility includes an acid waste system and distribution of 24 various gases.
IA preformed these services as sub-consultant to RVK Architects from San Antonio.
